SOPL 2016 Final Leg – SOPL 2016 Season closed with the Final Leg, Held in Cadika Paintball Field – Medan – Indonesia on 19 – 21 August 2016. Players and teams from 4 countries (Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei) followed this tournament.

In contrast to previous years, this year SOPL has very good support from the government. Starting from Riau government support during the SOPL 2nd leg in Pekanbaru until Support from Medan City Government during the final leg. Mayor of Medan give the biggest trophy for SOPL 2016 overall champion. Medan Mayor expects Paintball can enliven the sport in Indonesia and can help the tourism sector.

Vendor in this sports industry also started to provide support, HK Army one of the biggest paintball vendor come and open the booth to support this tournament.

SOPL has been running for three years, many parties have supported this league, therefore in players dinner , as thanks, SOPL gives award to :

MPRO Malaysia for their great effort to help SOPL in Marshaling.
Mr. Mazlan Masood and Ms. Nurul for their great effort to promote SOPL in Malaysia.
Team Duck Vader as Oversea Team that keep playing in all leg of SOPL 2016.
PSP Asia and Team PSP Temasek Aisawan for their social great concern and great effort to help poor people in Indonesia.

At this leg , for charity program, PSP Asia in cooperation with xt-photo, auctioning teams photos that taken during day 1 of this final leg and provide the results of the auction to Right Hand Foundation (a foundation that helps the poor in terms of health).
